By accessing and using the StableImg service provided by Valiant Ventures s.r.o., you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

StableImg is a web-based service that allows users to:

• Upload and host images for use in email signatures and corporate communications
• Generate permanent public URLs for uploaded images
• Update images using secure replacement tokens while maintaining the same URL

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Upload copyrighted material without proper authorization
• Use the service for spam, phishing, or malicious activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

3.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you upload. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload and use the content through our service.

3.3 Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your replacement tokens. Do not share tokens with unauthorized parties.

4. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We reserve the right to:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice
• Temporarily suspend service for technical reasons
• Update or modify service features
• Implement security measures that may affect service operation

5. Content Policy and Moderation

We reserve the right to review, moderate, or remove content that:

• Violates these Terms of Service
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malicious code or viruses
• Is reported by users as inappropriate
• Violates applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to content you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and deliver your content as necessary to provide the service.

All service software, design, and functionality remain the intellectual property of Valiant Ventures s.r.o.

7. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valiant Ventures s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Prague.
